901 15th Street, 6th Floor Spec Suites & Lounge

This renovation on the 6th floor at 901 15th Street, NW, transforms three spaces into two market ready suites and a communal lounge. What began as the challenge of transforming an area once occupied by a staircase became an opportunity to introduce a dedicated amenity space to be used by all the tenants of the 6th floor. The team crafted a cohesive look across the three spaces defined by saturated greens, earthy wood tones, and complementary textures.
