When the building introduced a new amenity lounge on their floor, CorePower saw an opportunity to expand and create a more flexible, future‑ready environment for their growing team. The renovation included a refreshed reception area, a flexible conference room with an operable wall, updated phone rooms, and an expanded pantry where new millwork seamlessly aligns with the existing finishes. The completed space features layered blues, full‑glass office fronts that draw natural light deeper into the suite, and a variety of meeting spaces to support both collaboration and focused work.
