Comprehensive project including three concurrent yet unique components: KTGY, an architecture and design firm, underwent 

a new 15K RSF office design integrating their hospitality design aesthetic into a commercial office setting. 

The remaining space was reconfigured to create a market-ready  

5.5K RSF spec suite, and the building’s elevator, lobby, and corridor was upgraded.
