Structured Finance Association (SFA) relocated from the 5th to the 2nd floor of their current building to create a more spacious, refined workplace that better supports their growing team. Our preliminary design efforts evolved into a full renovation of the 6,400 RSF suite, balancing reuse of existing elements with targeted upgrades to deliver a high‑end, collaborative environment. The design centered on increasing workstation capacity, refreshing existing offices and meeting spaces, and fully reimagining the pantry as the heart of the workplace. The result is a cohesive, modern workspace that reflects SFA’s identity and operational needs, and a project the client and team were proud to complete.
