URA’s refreshed 9th Floor workspace reimagines how their team meets, collaborates, and connects within a footprint they’ve occupied for years. The design centers on a large conference room for monthly member gatherings, supported by a multipurpose pantry that serves as both a daily hub and an event-ready staging area. A combined print and pantry zone streamlines storage and reduces unused space, creating a more efficient core.
Private offices frame an open collaboration area, where wood doors and acoustic ceiling baffles help maintain a comfortable sound environment. Throughout the workspace, updated lighting and a brighter material palette create a more inviting, contemporary atmosphere. The result is a thoughtful, flexible office that supports URA’s evolving ways of working while feeling fresh, cohesive, and tailored to their needs.
