In the works - Lounge & Conference
This project transforms an otherwise underutilized basement space into a contemporary and functional conference room, merging two buildings seamlessly.
Drawing inspiration from modern design trends and classical elements, the space is infused with vibrant colors and elegant curves, all the while navigating challenges like limited ceiling height and coordinating skylight installations to meet code
compliance.
Close collaboration with building ownership and the leasing company ensured a project that exceeds expectations, with highlights including backlighting in arches and meticulous attention to honoring the building’s original design.
